10:30am Good Friday Combine Church Seervice

This is s combined church service offered every year by Devon Alliance Church, River of Hope Baptist Church and Devon Community Church. The service has been held at the Alliance Church for years, but this year we will meet and observe this holy day online due to the restrictions on public gathering currently in place in our province. 

This year the worship in music and singing will be facilitated by a team from Devon Community Church. Communion will be officiated by Pastor Clayton Nordstrom from Devon Alliance Church. Since we will be participating in this service from our own homes, please preapre your own emblems (the bread and the cup) ahead of time so we can partake together during the service. The sermon or message this year will take the form of a 'round table conversation' between Pastors Dave Horrocks (River of Hope), Clayton Nordstrom (Devon Alliance), and Gil Dimas (Community Church) about the necessity and significance of Good Friday.
