KidsMania Klub is an exciting after school prorgram for elementary aged kids. Your kids will get to enjoy playing group games, making crafts, singing, dancing, storytelling, and more.
This year kids will be split into 3 groups based on what grade and each group will meet once a month for an afternoon of fun! In order to ensure the safety of your kids and our staff during this ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we will be limiting the groups to 10 children each. Below you will find information on the specific groups and the dates they will meet.
Please note that given the current AHS restrictions we are delivering this program via Zoom with activity packs delivered to each household. (updated Jan. 12, 2021)
When: Thursdays from 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Where: Zoom
Fee: $25/kid (max $75/family)
Our Early Elementary group will get to enjoy fun kids video series, from RightNow Media, and crafts, games, and activites that go with the stories. This group will meet on the following dates from 3:30PM - 5:00PM:
- October 1st, 2020
- November 5th, 2020
- December 3rd, 2020
- January 7th, 2021
- February 11th, 2021
- March 4th, 2021
- April 8th, 2021
In this small group we will read The Secret of the Hidden Scrolls (book 2), an exciting book that follows a brother and sister as they travel back in time, right into the Bible. These books will be provided by Devon Community Church. As a group we will discuss the adventures in the book, make crafts, and play games.This group willl meet from 3:30PM - 5:00PM on the following dates:
- October 8th, 2020
- November 19th, 2020
- December 10th, 2020
- January 14th, 2021
- February 18th, 2021
- March 11th, 2021
- April 15th, 2021
This group will follow the adventures of Little Pilgrim's Progress! These books will be provided by Devon Community Church. As a group we will get to do indepth, hands on crafts, group games, discussion, and storytelling. This group willl meet from 3:30PM - 5:00PM on the following dates:
- October 22nd, 2020
- November 26th, 2020
- December 17th, 2020
- January 21st, 2021
- February 25th, 2021
- March 18th, 2021
- April 22nd, 2021
Throughout the program year we will host 3 special events where all three groups will come together. We will still be following the guidelines laid out by AHS to ensure the safety of the children and volunteers. Please note that these events could change if the guidelines/restrictions given by Alberta Health change.

- January 28th, 2021 | 3:30PM - 5:00PM | PJ Movie Day (Cancelled due to AHS Regulations)
- March 25th, 2021 | 3:30PM - 5:00PM | Science Day
Given that we have to limit the attendance of each group to 10 kids, this will be on a first come first serve basis. Registration covers the entire 8 months of programming. To secure your child's spot you must complete a registration form, AND pay the $25 registration fee. This can be paid in cash or debit if you come into the church, or via etransfer which can be sent to office@devonchurch.com (please indicate the name of your child).
